A Brief History

As a native Albertan, I went to the University of Calgary as well as smaller Alberta post secondary institutions, in a number of different faculties such as Math, Physics, Engineering and Education. I graduated in 1982 from Education and taught high school Math for over 10 years.

While teaching, I was also involved in a number of small businesses such as logging, water well drilling and farming. I made a career change to accounting in 2002, pursuing my accounting designation as a CGA. Since I began my accounting career, I have always worked in public practice with a variety of businesses from large publicly traded companies to small proprietorships. I have performed accounting work that ranged from simple to complex auditing problems.
